Various cases for the $9.00US C.H.I.P. computer. They are as precise as I could make them where they still reliably print and fit. The cases should be compatible with almost any USB cable. The cutout for the A/V jack may need to be enlarged if you don't have a low profile cable. The post for the power/reset switch should prevent accidental damage if you're trying to poke it with a paperclip. Depending on your material and print settings, you can also press on the center of the lid near the switch to activate it.
The versions with battery in the name provide a cavity 31.8mm wide, 65.8mm long, and 12.5mm high. If your battery is long you lose a bit of width (2.8mm) near the mounting screw on the C.H.I.P. You may also lose 3mm of height due to the parts on the bottom of the C.H.I.P.
I'm working on a modified design that will be more flexible in terms of battery sizes, mounting options, and so on.
