Ender 5 bed supports - Super Struts Remix

This is a remix of jumpshoutmedia`s excellent Super Struts support for the Creality Ender 5. This was already a brilliant thing but I tweaked a few details to make the installation a little easier.

In this remix I have:

1.Included nut retention sockets to the support arms to make in much easier to install and allow the use of Nylocks

2.Increased holes sizes by 0.2 mm to make bolt insertion a little easier (this may vary between printer tolerances.

3.Uploaded parts in the correct printing orientation to reduce confusion.

4.Tweaked the back plate symmetrically so it does not require handing.

The nut retention apertures are a snug fit so it may be easier to fix a bolt to the nut and pull through from the other side.

I have increased the rear boss 1 mm all around to give a little more material to the side of the nut retention sockets. This does not appear to effect the installation or use.

Printed @ 0.3 mm layer height, 50% infill and 4 perimeters with Sunlu Black PETG. The parts do not need support.

High Detailed Moon Lamp

This is a high detail moon lamp model. It have bump map details and color map visual details at the surface. At the same time the shell thickness can project the color map grayscale visual when a light source come from inside.

I am saving money to buy a better bump map, please tip this model if you want it become better ;>

For rewarding, anyone make a tip can request 1 specific size of Moon lamp model ;>

Curved honeycomb vase

Just a couple of modifiers to give Honeycomb vase(by radus) more stable bottom. Also i think it looks more organic. Done in Blender 3d, .blend file is attached.

[sotvl_Spiral-Vase.stl] is a solid shape. you should print it in "Spiralize Contour"(Cura) or "Spiral Vase"(Slic3r). Ts is not waterproof, as it will be small holes on a way up from bottom. So, it is not good for water, but soil is ok.

[sotvl_thick 1,2mm] - with a proper thickness calculation. 1mm and 2mm thick respectfully. probably waterproof... but not tested by myself with a print yet. Slice and print as a usual thing, not in vase mode.

[sotvl_thick-Blender.stl] is thick/thin shape. should be ok for usual print and waterproof, but need more testing with prints. At current state, it seems it less reliable compared to sotvlthick 1,2mm.

[sotvl.blend] - source Blender3d file, shape and thickness can be changed there. (for advanced users)

X/Y Axis End Stop Switch Holder for Ender-5 3D Printer. Silent X/Y Axis Auto Home function.

With Auto Home's factory limit switch, the X and Y cars collide with the frame. This is not useful.
This solution corrects this error.

Can be installed in place of factory elements.

The location of the M3 screws is useful for expanding and drilling threads.

da vinci EASY BED calibration!!!

hi, da vinci printers,
if your prints are going bad, you may have a bad calibration in your printers bed, you don't need to be a genius to calibrate the bed its pretty easy using this accessory, worked fantastic for me, anyway if your printer is working good you can save this accessory for later! you only need:

  • CHOOSE the XYZ dial mount (9.5mm center) OR 8mm center for other kind of dial indicators, both fit well in the printer. also download the 2 mount covers.

  • 1" travel machinist DIAL INDICATOR (i bought in harbor tools store $14 usd.} ITEM #623 (9.5mm center)

  • needle files.(same store about $4 usd). or may be use sand paper but needle files are better!

look for print instruccions...AND

  • also look for my other accessories you may need in my stuff!!!!!!

40mm 2-part (color) fan grill

Found a fan grill from Thermaltake, but it only came in a 120mm size. So I used it as a reference, and designed one similar to fit a 40mm fan.

This is a 2 part fan grill designed to be printed in 2 different colors. The "BASE" and the "SPOKE" are printed separately, then they are pressed together. There is an area under the "SPOKE" to allow glue (or epoxy) to pool, to limit the amount that can spill out. I was able to press mine together without the use of any glue.

E3D Minimalist for V6 & Volcano on Creality CR10/S Ender 3/Pro and clones

For those of you who like to go the minimalist route...

From the same designer that brought you all the popular Hero Me remixes...

MediaMan introduces the The E3D Minimalist.

A simple, clean, lightweight, yet strong mount for your favorite E3D hot-end, V6, Volcano, or clone.

Both mounts leave plenty of room and full access to the accessory screw mounts to allow you to add any of the many ABL sensors and or a parts cooling fan and duct.

The volcano mount is designed to not lose any Z build height. It is raised and reinforced on the X gantry by 9mm to account for the taller hot-end.

Simply choose the mount you want E3D V6 mount or E3D Volcano mount, and the bracket works for both.

Update2 Feb 19th 2019: Updated the V6 and Volcano mounts with 5015 duct mounts to work with flat head M3 screws instead of tapered head M3 screws. The flat head versions have 'v2' in the file name.

In this project we’re making a 3D Printed Energy Sword from the Halo video game series. Inside the blades are NeoPixel LEDs which are connected to an Adafruit Feather BLE 32u4 micro-controller.

A 2000mAh lipo battery will provide several hours of energy and can be recharged over USB.The blade is 86cm (34in) tall and the whole sword weighs just under 1 pound.

You can connect to the Adafruit Feather through Bluetooth. The Adafruit Bluefruit LE Connect app for iOS or Android lets you change the animation or color of the LEDs.

Commander Deck Box with General Slot

This is my design for a Commander (EDH) deck box that displays your general. I had made a generic box to hold 100 sleeved cards, but ran into the problem of not knowing which deck was in which box until I opened it, which got annoying. This allows you to put your commander into a slot on the front of the box so that you'll always know which deck is in which box.

NOTE: I shrunk the file to be easier to download. Unless your slicer does it automatically, you have to scale the box x10 for it to be in correct dimensions.

The deck box in the picture was actually v_2, which the uploaded link is v_3. The only difference is that I rounded the bottom edge for style and adjusted the lid for a better friction fit, as well as adjusted the "window" to only show the creature type box up.
